Kemarin kita sudah banyak berdiskusi dan belajar melalui #AhliAmbilAlih bersama dengan @askaprimardi tentang Market Research. Dari hasil diskusi kemarin, banyak Ibu yang sudah melakukan Market Research dengan cara menyebar kuisioner.
Kalau ini versi @askaprimardi dalam melakukan Market Research:
- Identify the problem that need to be solved by doing marketing research. Such as consumer NEED, EXPECTATION, ACCEPTANCE.
- Setting a smart research objective: Specific, maneuverable, achievable, relevant, time-bound.
- Research Topic: Understanding consumer behavior, brand, performance, concept/product.
- Research Method: Primary data: Quantitative or Qualitative. Secondary data: Desk Research.
- Respondents Criteria: Demographic (gender, age, SES). Psychographic.
- Research Tools: Screening Questionnaire. Main Questionnaire/Discussion Guide.
- Sampling Method. Sampling frame: population vs sample; random vs non random.
- Fieldwork Data collections: Offline: Homevisit, CLT. Online: Website, Apps.
- Quality Control Check. Respondents Criteria. Relevant answer/response.
- Data Processing: Collect, combining, and manage a whole data from all respondents.
- Data Analysis: Statistical Analysis or Non-Statistical Analysis.
- Develop a report: Interpretation vs Insight Storyteller skills.
